I cant get to sleep after boxing training!?
hey i no that when u train hard especially when u do a big cardio workout your metabolic rate goes up and your body kicks out adrenaline,stress hormones,endorphins,serotonin,dopamine and this gives u a so called runners high which makes it way to hard to sleep and takes hours to wear off! so working out as far away from bed time would be best even in the morning would be ideal but i train under a trainers gym and the only time to go is at 6pm after work!i don't drink caffeine my diet is healthy i get home at 8 have dinner make lunch unwind and go to bed at around 10 and sometimes i cant get to sleep till 2am and i get up at 630 for work it makes life pretty hard anyone got any solutions? thanks!
