Wouldn't it be too hot in Qatar to host the 2022 world cup and what about the threat of terrorism?

Unless they can build indoor air conditioned stadiums everybody will bake out there. And I'm sure that there will be plenty of security but being in that region surely Al Qaeda will take advantage of the event to bomb something.
