Kitten, 10 wks, runt fml, bob tail. She has crusty/bloody rectum. No blood/worms in stool. Any ideas on why?

for something like that i would bring it to a vet and have the kitten get a full check up and tested for worms since they cant always be seen with a naked eye that sounds like he is real sick and need to be seen asap
