Free Video editing software?

I'm looking for a free video editing software I can download off the internet. One that ESPECIALLY lets me cut out parts of videos I made,lets me change speed of my voice/make it go slow motion,&& one that let's me add songs to the background if I wanted to. PLEASE HELP! I NEED TO MAKE BETTER QUALITY YOUTUBE VIDEOS LOLL!
