How can I get my mail merge to skip to the next item in line?

I have created a template that has 3 sections on each page. I have set up my mail merge with (Cubicle) (Name) in all 3 spots. How can I get the data to skip to the next cubicle and name after it has already placed the first one? Right now, it is putting the 1st ones on all 3 spots on the 1st page, then the next goes on all 3 spots on the next page, etc, etc. I would like to get a new cubicle and name each time. How can I set the doent up to do that?
