How can i lose the weightt?!?

My favourite workouts to do are just the typical squats, lunges, situps, pushups and running. I do workouts by Kim Strother, a Ford fitness model.. not quite sure what that it, but her workouts are great. Try searching her name on Youtube and you could find some pretty cool workouts to do :)
