I've got 2 nd a half months. Would i get a good score if i take the GRE exam this sept or oct ?

I'm doin my UG final year. I'm gona start preparing for GRE, which i'm gona take this oct or sept, only now. I jus wanna know if i could get a good score. I also wanna know if the US universities are providing the fellowship. Plz tell me wat's the procedure to take TOEFL. Suggest me a good website to know abt the US universities, their details, requirements, etc. The most important thing is.... "will i make it by this sept or oct?"
