In I Am Legend?

That part where he's driving along and he sees the mannequin at a distance and how it has been moved.. the one with the red hoodie.. I dunno if im seeing things.. but does anyone else think that when you first see the dummie from a distance (after its been movied, not in front of the video shop) its head or something moves? me and my girlfriend could almost swear it moves.
