Is this a violation of Yahoo terms of Service? Account deleted.?

The terms of service we all agreed to include the right for Yahoo to delete without warning our entire account.that usually only happens for a TOS violation rather than a guidelines violation. I suspect that it was the fake ID question which caused it.
