Late night problem, Can anyone out there help?

stand up to her. tell her exactly what you have to do, compare it to her life so maybe she'll understand where your coming from. you could start demanding more of her time before or after you go to work. make her meet u on a lunch break or something. strongly influence her to work around your schedule. no real easy way, but you have to talk to her about it.
