My body has loads of little rashes/spots and itches Please help!!!?

A week and a half ago I started to get extreme itching on my body. I thought nothing of it but then I started to get little rashes on my arms that I scratch and sometimes they bleed a little if i scratch them too much (But the bleeding only happens on the arms and nowhere else on my body). It then developed on to my back, stomach, neck and parts of my leg. On my stomach there are loads of little spots with a few rashes that look darker than my skin. I'm guessing it's a fungal infection but I don't know.
