Physics? I've got problems in the laws of motion?

Please help me answers this I don't understand it. The speed of a 60 kg dolphin increases uniformly from 2.0m/s to 6.0m/s. Calculate the average net force acting on the dolphin while its speed change occurs?Please help me and can you show the solution so that I can understand it. thanks
