don't hire anybody. You were going too fast. You would be mad if you saw someone going that fast and a cop didn't pull them over. Just pay your fine. Your guilty so don't try to fight it. I don't know what you were expecting? Did you think the cop would just let you go for going 86 in a 60? No attorney would even accept your case. They would just laugh. Pay the fine and let it go.
