Trying to find husbands moms family But getting noplace fast Any new Genealogy sites out there?

I have ancestry.com, use rootsweb, LDS, gencircles, and even familysearch.org. I am looking for a man by the name of Covilian Brewer. He also using many other names Sulivan, Sylivan, Silivian, Sullivan,Syivilian, Coviliam, born 1803 in Ohio and Died 1880 in Arkansas City Arkansas. But have no Idea who his parents are. Sure could use some ideas where to look
