Are We wasting money on the severely disabled?

honestly.... i think its a waste of money... i mean when they just sit and cannt talk or do nething... i wouldnt even want to c someone like that... i think that would b too much suffering.. . so i argee with u... and as a sidepoint...medical bills in general are way to hight
