I cannot load my free McAfee protection. it downloads OK but will nto install?

I have free McAfee security with my BT Broadband account. I have a link to Net Protect Plus from BTYahoo downloads. The files download OK and it runs through the installation process but then stays it cannot install it. No error codes are given. Just says try reinstallation. Done this several times!
